Our story

ChatGPT Image Dec 22, 2025, 12_03_35 PM_

NativSpace was created in response to a simple but persistent problem: office search has become too transactional for a decision that affects people, performance, and long-term growth.

Too often, businesses are presented with options before they are properly understood. Advice is driven by availability rather than suitability, and decisions are rushed without enough consideration for how teams actually work day to day.

We believe the role of a broker should be different. Our work starts with listening: understanding a business’s culture, working patterns, and future plans, before translating that insight into clear, commercially sound recommendations.

The result is a calmer, more confident decision-making process, and office spaces that function well in practice, not just on paper.

Led by experience

Dean Bradley

Dean Bradley brings over 25 years of experience across the backbone of commercial real estate — spanning space strategy, design and build, fit-out delivery, facilities management, and sustainability-led workplace planning.

His career has focused on how offices perform in practice: how efficiently they operate, how they are built and maintained, and how design, cost, and long-term usability intersect. This end-to-end understanding allows Dean to advise beyond the transaction itself, considering not just where a business should be located, but how its workspace will function over time.

At NativSpace, Dean provides the strategic and technical foundation of the advisory process — ensuring recommendations are commercially robust, operationally efficient, and aligned with long-term performance, not short-term convenience.

Industry expertise

Our advice is grounded in decades of experience across commercial real estate, workplace strategy, and delivery. We understand the market, the moving parts behind each decision, and how to find space that works both commercially and operationally.

End-to-end support

We manage the process from initial brief through to final decision — and, where needed, beyond. From sourcing and negotiations to relocation coordination and trusted delivery partners, we ensure office moves are structured, controlled, and well-managed.

Client-first approach

We listen before we recommend. Every search starts with understanding your team, goals, and working patterns, so decisions are made with clarity rather than pressure.

Nation-wide reach

Our focus is on what will work in practice — how space will be used day to day, how flexible it needs to be, and how it will support your business as it evolves.
